Refund & Return Policy

At Emerald LLC, we strive to provide high-quality perfumes and exceptional customer service. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and issue refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is in resellable condition, free from damage, stains, or any signs of use.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless they are defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product (leaked, broken bottle, or defective packaging), or

  • An incorrect item different from your order,
    please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange for eligible items if the preferred replacement is in stock. Any price difference for a higher-value item will need to be settled before processing the exchange.

6. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return request.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.
