At Emerald LLC, we strive to provide high-quality perfumes and exceptional customer service. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and issue refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is in resellable condition, free from damage, stains, or any signs of use.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes.
Products with broken seals or missing packaging.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless they are defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product (leaked, broken bottle, or defective packaging), or
An incorrect item different from your order,
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer an exchange for eligible items if the preferred replacement is in stock. Any price difference for a higher-value item will need to be settled before processing the exchange.
6. Return Procedure
Contact our customer support team to initiate a return request.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
Our team will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.
